may i ask, i set 3 on number of post in main page, first time i click older post it shows 3 more post, second time i click it shows 3 more post, but the third time i click older post it shows more than 3 post, can you please help me ?

The number of post on next pages is depending on Blogger itself. So if you set 3, but Blogger display 5 in next page then the template will load 5 when you click load more.
You can confirm this if you still set 3 posts for main page by using an official template and click Older Posts link.

I found the solution.
In header (not Header Background Image widget) must be placed an image as blog title and with (Description to be placed after the image) checked.
Otherwise, with no image as blog title but only text as blog title, the description of the blog doesn't appears
